Sons of Mactans are very dangerous enemies that appear only in the last stages of Kingdom Rush: Origins. Sons of Mactans initially do not deal much damage with their regular attacks, but they run fast and can inflict a deadly poison capable of killing soldiers in seconds. Certain Sons of Mactans can wait in ambush high over the battlefield to descend down, allowing them to bypass part of your defences.
Tactics
- Counter them with physical damage. Archers are good choice, firing fast to dispatch multiple spiders efficiently. Sons of Mactans' low health count won't protect them from an organized defense of well-placed, high-level Archers.
